Idle's Stripe integration lets your Singapore beauty business accept payments online (at booking) and in-store (at checkout) by card, Link, PayNow, PayLah, and GrabPay, with funds settling straight to your bank and every transaction reconciled against your Idle sales data automatically.

What are Stripe's fees in Singapore?

Stripe's standard rate is 3.4% + S$0.50 per successful domestic card transaction, with no setup fees and no monthly fees. Stripe sets this rate (accurate May 2026); Idle adds no markup on payment processing.

Does Stripe work with PayNow in Idle?

Yes. PayNow and PayLah are payment methods Stripe supports inside Idle, alongside card, Link, and GrabPay. Clients pick PayNow or PayLah at booking or checkout, and the payment is reconciled against the booking or sale automatically.

Can I use Stripe Terminal hardware?

Yes. Idle supports paired Stripe Terminal card readers for in-store card payments, included with your Stripe integration. Prefer a different terminal such as NETS, KPay, or SoftPOS? Book a demo and we can scope it as an add-on for your store.

How are refunds handled?

Refunds are issued from within Idle and processed through Stripe. Full and partial refunds are supported; dispute responses are filed via the Stripe dashboard.
