Migration is tiered by dataset size: Light migrations (≤300 rows) are free and included with onboarding; Standard and Heavy datasets are priced by volume, ask for a quote. Once we have your data, transform-and-load turnaround is under 24 hours.

How does the data migration work?

We give you a structured template; you fill it; we transform and load it into Idle. A "row" is one client, one service, one historical appointment, or one package balance. Once we have your data, transform-and-load turnaround is typically within 24 hours.

How much does migration cost?

Migration is tiered by dataset size. Light migrations (up to 300 rows) are free and included with onboarding. Standard (301 to 2,000 rows) and Heavy (2,000+ rows) datasets are priced by volume, ask for a quote. Complex or non-standard exports are quoted separately.

Will I lose any data when I switch?

No. We migrate your clients, services, packages, booking history, and transaction history into Idle, then walk through every record category with you in staging before cutover. Your old system stays read-only as a backup.

Can I keep my current system running during migration?

Yes. We run Idle in parallel until you choose your cutover date, and coordinate the final data refresh on the day so you don't lose any same-day bookings.

How long does it take to go live?
