What does it cost to take PayNow in Idle?

PayNow and PayLah are processed through Stripe, so Stripe's published rates for those methods apply (set by Stripe, accurate May 2026); Idle adds no markup on payment processing. There's no separate PayNow network fee charged through Idle.

How do refunds work with PayNow deposits?

Refunds are issued from within Idle and processed back through Stripe to the customer's original PayNow or PayLah payment. Full and partial refunds are supported, and Idle records each refund against the original booking or sale.
