How does Idle's pricing work?

Idle's pricing is scoped to your business, and we'll share it with you on request, during or after a short demo. It includes unlimited staff and unlimited bookings, with no commission and no per-transaction markup.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Idle includes a free 7-day trial, no credit card required. After the trial, it's a subscription billed monthly or yearly, scoped to your business.

Does Idle charge commission on bookings?

No. Idle takes no commission on your bookings, no per-stylist fees, and no per-transaction markup. Your revenue stays yours.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Your subscription includes unlimited staff and unlimited bookings. Modules and optional add-ons such as a custom booking link, website, custom payment terminal, training, or accounting integrations are scoped and quoted upfront before any work begins.

Do prices include GST?

GST is not applicable to your subscription. Your own customer invoices in Idle can still apply GST, service charge, or any rate you set.

Can I pay monthly or yearly?

Yes. Idle is billed monthly or yearly, and you save 10% when you pay for the year.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Your data is yours. You can't export it directly from the platform today, but at the end of your engagement you can request an unstructured export from us of the specific data you need.
