A calm, premium salon reception in Singapore

Services & Packages: Build your menu, sell packages.

Build your full service menu once, then sell prepaid packages that track themselves. Session, credit or a mix, with every balance counted for you across visits and staff.

At a glance

Build your full service menu once, then sell prepaid packages, session, credit or mixed. Idle shows live margin and a GST breakdown as you price, so you know a bundle is profitable before you sell it. Packages auto-apply at checkout, free credits deduct before paid, and every balance is tracked across visits and staff, on the client profile and their portal.

One menu that powers everything you do.

Build your full service menu once and it runs your booking page, your packages, and which staff and rooms each service needs. Set it up in one place and every part of Idle reads from the same list, so a price or a service only ever changes in one spot.

Built once, used everywhere

Your menu feeds the booking page, the packages you sell, and resource assignment, with no duplicate lists to keep in sync.

Services that book themselves

Each service carries its duration, staff and resources, so the right people and rooms are assigned automatically.

Know a bundle is profitable before you sell it.

The package builder lets you bundle by session, by credit, or a mix of both. As you price it, Idle shows live margin and a GST breakdown, so you can see whether a bundle actually makes money before it ever reaches a client. No more selling a package on a hunch.

Live margin as you price

Idle works out the margin on every bundle while you build it, so you never sell below the number you intended.

A GST breakdown built in

See the tax split on the package as you price, so what you sell is clean for your accounts from day one.

Package balances are where the trust breaks down.

Tracking balances by hand

A spreadsheet tab per client or a card behind the counter never quite matches reality, and the count drifts every visit.

Selling a bundle on a hunch

Without the margin in front of you, it is easy to price a package that looks generous but quietly loses money.

Disputes over sessions left

When the client and your records disagree on how many sessions remain, someone has to give way, and the relationship takes the hit.

Packages that apply themselves at checkout.

When a client with a package checks out, Idle applies it automatically and deducts free credits before paid ones, in the right order every time. Expiry dates and session counts sit on each client's profile and their own portal, and any packages they already hold are migrated in when you move to Idle.

Auto-applied, no manual maths

The package lands on the bill on its own, so the cashier never has to look up a balance or count sessions by hand.

Free credits used first

Promotional credits deduct before paid ones, automatically, keeping your real revenue and your GST clean.

Expiry and sessions tracked

Every expiry date and session count shows on the profile and the client's portal, so balances are never in doubt.

Everything in your menu and packages

One menu powering your whole store, and packages that price and track themselves, with deeper customisation whenever you want it.

Services & packages FAQ

How do service packages work in Idle?

You build a package once from your service menu, choosing session-based, credit-based, or a mix of both. Idle shows you live margin and a GST breakdown as you price it, so you know the bundle is profitable before you sell it. Once sold, the package sits on the client's profile and auto-applies at checkout, with every balance tracked across visits and staff.

What is the difference between a session package and a credit package?

A session package is counted in visits, for example ten facials, and one is deducted each time the client redeems. A credit package is a value balance the client spends down across different services. A mixed package combines both in one bundle, and Idle tracks each part separately so balances always stay accurate.

In what order are package credits redeemed at checkout?

Packages auto-apply at checkout, and free promotional credits are always deducted before paid credits. This keeps your real revenue and your promotional credits cleanly separated, so your accounting and your GST stay correct without anyone choosing the order by hand.

Can clients see how many sessions or credits they have left?

Yes. Every package balance, expiry date, and session count shows on the client's profile for your team and on their own customer portal. The client and your staff are always looking at the same numbers, which ends disputes over how many sessions are left.
